To be really honest when I first played that game it made me feel so good and I noticed my mind started working really well.
I've learned a lot of things from that game, if you just observe every thing about it, you'll get the symptoms and notions that can solve your daily life problems.
What I learned
Living in the present is what the game 'Train of thought' taught me, when you have a mind like water, like a clear mind, with zero thoughts, no rubbish, no regrets, empty mind, then you are living in the present, it is necessary to have a thoughtless mind, cancelling the thoughts are important in order to expand the focus and concentration.
Look forward, whatever you lose in life doesn't matter, plan for the things waiting ahead, like there are six balls in one over, the batsman has to hit 12 runs to win, he missed 3 balls, now you are the batsman, what will you do? You still have chances to win the game, forget about the 3 opportunities you missed and focus on the remaining 3 balls to make 12 runs.
